🚨 "Can't reach overhead without shoulder pain? Try the Bingo Wing Waggle..."

Try these two simple mobility exercises we often recommend:

πŸͺ½ **The Bingo Wing Waggle**
Hold onto a kitchen worktop or door frame and gently waggle your arm in and out. This can help loosen the shoulder capsule and encourage better movement.

🐘 **Nelly the Elephant**
Support yourself with one hand, let the affected arm hang like an elephant's trunk, and gently circle the thumb outwards. The weight of the arm helps create a gentle stretch through the shoulder.

πŸ’‘ Aim for around 30 repetitions, a few times a day.

Remember, exercises should feel comfortable and should never significantly increase your pain.
