Epic transformation from 🔥💪🏻
When working with clients I never accept there is one nutritional plan/structure or one training style that suits everyone that has a similar goal. The key to success: A clear understanding of the the problems/barriers that have prevented you from achieving your goals and the effective solutions you we can put in place to achieve your goals.
The problems/ barriers:
Chloe had no confidence, to the point of effecting how Chloe dressed; feeling to self conscious in anything that wasn’t super baggy. The negative effects of this confidence extended into Chloe’s social and work life, avoiding situations and causing high anxiety.
✅💪🏻Chloe’s goal was to drop body and increase lean muscle tissue to sculpt her body shape 💪🏻✅
The challenges we faced:
1️⃣ Designing an effective training regime around Chloe’s negative feelings towards attending mainstream gyms and the lack of time and motivation to get there.
2️⃣ Finding the right calorie deficit and macro balance to ensure Chloe still felt energised and alert to function properly at her vital role within the hospital.
Solutions
1️⃣ Designing an effective home workout plan that targeted multi joint movements as well as isolation movements based on the equipment Chloe already owned. The plan was also designed with a maximum time of completion to keep adherence and motivation high.
2️⃣ Structuring the timings of meals around certain time periods of the day to keep alertness levels high. We also packed out meals with nutritionally dense food to help with satiety and portion control.
3️⃣ Constant check ins with each other and providing constant feedback to make sure we were always on the right track.

Bring on the weekend 🤪
We all want to enjoy our weekend guilt free and without ruining the hard work we put into the week. For weight/fat loss, There’s one incredibly simple thing that me and all my clients do, and that is tracking exactly what you eat. No guessing or missing the odd tiny thing out since you think “it won’t make a difference” but correctly logging everything; down to the exact gram. But why?
1️⃣ By being this thorough and precise it leaves no doubt about the deficit you have created for your weekend (when you may be more likely to deviate from your food plan). It also allows you to clearly see if you’re hitting your deficit goals and what adjustments need to be made if you’re not. Avoiding “I don’t know why I’m not loosing weight?!?”
2️⃣ It also shows you how many calories you have to play with when it comes to your chosen weekend treats. If you need a weekly deficit of 1400 calories and you’re on a total of 3000 deficit by Saturday you know how many extra calories you can have on top of your normal intake
3️⃣ Correct tracking can also give you a lot of flexibility when it comes to adjusting your plan around events or weekends through balancing your calories out. If you know on Tuesday you’re going to go over your calories by 400, then on Monday you add an extra 400 to your deficit by cutting a meal or snack out and you’re all balanced out. No harm done and you’re still on the journey to fat loss without the misery of missing out.
