Chilly peppers have been potted up, elder flower and lavender have already been trimmed and the flower heads, Elder is a key ingredient for the London dry gin, plum and cherry trees are coming along nicely.
All the ingredients are grown and used for the gin or a garnish for when they have their cocktail master classes and much more to come.
