Starting from our home in Copthorne at , we headed out for some Monday miles together. ☕️🏃‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Today Matt joined the 100 parkrun club – a brilliant milestone that deserves a massive celebration! 🎉👏

100 Saturday mornings. 100 starts. 100 finishes. Countless kilometres, early alarms, muddy shoes, PBs, tough runs, great runs and plenty of parkrun memories along the way! 🏅🙌

What an achievement, Matt! We’re so proud to see you hit this milestone and can’t wait to see what the next 100 bring! 💪🔥

And it wasn’t just Matt celebrating today… huge shout-outs to Keith and Paul for smashing PBs! 🚀👏

Tonight the Copthorne Chasers took on the Tilgate Park parkrun course for our Club Run & Walk — making the most of every last bit of daylight before the evenings get darker.

Good miles, great company, plenty of laughs and a beautiful sunset to finish the day. 💛💚

Whether running or walking, we’re all chasing something… tonight, it was the light! 🌅💪

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Barn Green Half Marathon & 10K! 🏅

Lots of Chaser Racers took on the Barn Green Half Marathon and 10K today — and it certainly wasn’t an easy one!

With hills, warm temperatures and plenty of hard graft, everyone dug deep and got the job done. 💪🔥
Huge congratulations to every Chaser who raced, whether you were chasing a PB, or simply enjoying the challenge. 👏

You all smashed it! 🏅🙌
