Our very own coach, supporting Rise 8k. Come on ladies, sign up for this great charity race
We’re delighted to announce that Lauraine Stewart - EA Run Coach has created a 12-week training plan exclusively for RISE 8K participants to help you prepare for event day. The plan will be emailed to all registered participants in early July.
What’s more, anyone registered for the RISE 8K by Friday 19 June will be entered into a prize draw to win a bespoke 12-week coaching package with Lauraine, worth £120*.
