Well what a weekend! Friday we had our Neil Owen Northern Alliance Jiu Jitsu Seminar and grading at the new Nomad Jiu Jitsu Sheffield academy. What an awesome evening and we celebrated 3 new Blue Belts 🔵🔵🔵and a special Brown Belt for Matt 🟤 who has been training with me from just about the beginning in the joy that was the Barrow Hill WMC 😂

Then yesterday we had the Empire Competition in . We come home with a massive medal hall with the kids absolutely smashing it! More to come on this in the next couple of days 🥳💪🏻
