Next retreat is coming soon! Nov 20-22nd, nr Abergavenny.

We will be joined by my lovely friend Em J who will be making polymer clay earrings with us- you will all get to make 3 pairs each.

We will have use of the sauna, and pool for anyone brave enough!

Hiking is very much weather dependent! But I'm sure we shall stroll!

There will be movement, meditation and sound baths.

..and Feasting as always!

Massage & Treatments are currently limited, but i am waiting for another therapist to conform her availability. (If I missed you in the summer, you're on the top of my list).

There are 6 shared accommodation (£395) and 2 private rooms (£455) available.

If you have been to 3 or more Retreats you qualify for £35 reduction.

Non refundable deposits are £100/150 depending on means.
