Catering available all day Deli Eats

So this afternoon we had a fun 9 hole scramble with 20 golfers, and it was a great pleasure to include new players, we hope you all enjoyed yourselves! We were then joined by other members and friends for a super Afternoon Tea courtesy of Deli Eats . Lots of fun, nonsense and laughter, congratulations to the winning team - Jill, Mos, Peter & Gordon.

Well, the rains finally stopped and 36 golfers turned out for the Annual "grudge" Captain vs Vice match and enjoyed some long awaited sun. Tradition dictates a victory for the Vice captain's team and we duly obliged! Our efforts were rewarded by a super BBQ courtesy of Deli Eats, the putting competition afforded the usual family rivalries. The Captian's Drive found the fairway, with our new member Russell picking the nearest spot to the ball, and thanks for the vote of confidence from whoever chose the bunker! Our thanks to John Myles who has battled through never ending rain to keep the course in great condition - enjoy the football John! Finally our thanks to Gordon Hibbert for masterminding the whole event with his usual enthusiasm and for some great team pairings!

This morning the Seniors played for the Henry Heath Quaich, with Paul Brown victorious, well played Paul! We then enjoyed a soup and sandwich lunch with Eats
