ROUND NORFOLK RELAY 2026 💙💛

A glimpse of the runners and support team who were at the finish line this morning, many of whom had been up all night (& significantly longer!) either running, on crew or both across the 2 NNBR teams 👏🏻 Over 70 Beach Runners contributed to what has been a brilliant weekend one way or another, including our wonderful volunteers at the Cromer changeover point - none of this would have happened without people being so generous with their time 💫

Also a special mention to the often unseen NNBR friends and family members who selflessly enable so many within the club to get involved - childcare, lifts, catering; it all matters, and it’s all appreciated.

And now… now we sleep 😴

Round Norfolk Relay 2026 🥳

Good luck to all 34 runners who make up the Blue and Yellow teams for NNBR this year - run safely and enjoy! 💙💛

HUGE thank you to everyone who is giving up chunks of their weekend (around the clock!) to help make this happen - the cyclists, the drivers, the timekeepers, those manning the NNBR changeover at Cromer, and of course the Team Leaders, who have already spent numerous hours planning and organising everything. The runners actually have the easy job!

Here’s to a fun, safe, exhausting and frankly bonkers weekend 💙💛

We would appreciate some volunteers helping to move the site back to normal after the Worstead 5 miler with North Norfolk Beach Runners. Only a few hours of your time is needed, but we would be very grateful.

Those who have attended before will know lots of space is needed to make way for the sprint finish for the 700+ runners, so moving the stallholders back into place does take some time.

Wroxham 5k 2026 💙💛

Nearly 40 Beach Runners pounded the roads of Wroxham last night, scooping a haul of PB’s and County medals 🤩🥇

Almost more impressive than the running itself was getting over half of the NNBR runners to stand still in one place long enough for a photo 😅

Thank you to our friends at Norwich Road Runners for hosting a brilliant event ❤️🤍🖤

Holt 10k 2026 💙💛

⭐️ Well done to every runner who took on the course this morning in such hot conditions ☀️ 🥵 That was no mean feat, and we’re thankful to have had only a small handful of medical incidents.

⭐️ THANK YOU to each and every volunteer. Races like this only happen because of the kindness and generosity of other people being so willing to give up their time. Too many names to mention here, but we’re so grateful for you all 👏🏻

⭐️ We’re very sad and sorry that some runners left today without a medal 😞 We ordered and paid for 600, and so expected a surplus of around 100. It became apparent as finishers came through that the medal company had in fact only sent us 400. We’re yet to find out how or why this has happened, but please bear with us and we will ensure medals are sent out as soon as possible. Please pop us a message with your race number if you didn’t leave your details with a marshal.
