My granddaughter attends mini Marines also run by Char but will not be attending during this crisis. She also does a weekly dance class which has been cancelled.
As we would have paid for these sessions we as a family have decided we will still pay the fees for little ones classes.
we feel itβs important to help Self employed people as much as we can.
I had the best PT session today.. you pushed me and I completed it which I never thought I would of!

Having three young, energetic and awesome boys, running a business and completing my PGCE Primary would just not be possible without the love and support from my family, friends and my amazing clients. I canβt thank you all enough for being so flexible.
Today it was a girl power kind of morning! Becβs back has improved so she absolutely bossed her fitness test! Jade, well what can I say! Iβm so proud of you girl!! Second fitness test completed and a 1RM deadlift of 75 whopping kilos! You girl are insane πͺπΎπͺπΎπͺπΎ

Itβs Challenge October time πππ so fitness testing for the next two weeks and then weβll work through a 6 week programme and re-test after that. I canβt wait to see everyoneβs progress. πͺπΎ
