If you’re not doing any resistance training you are doing your current and future self a massive disservice.. Muscle is the organ of longevity and healthspan, the more of it you can gain and keep, the better your chances of living a long, healthy, independent life. Talk to me if you’re nervous about lifting weights, most of the people in my weights classes had never touched a barbell before they came to my studio. The older you are, the more important it is to incorporate some weight training, it’s never too late, but don’t put it off.

Come in and grab yourself a bargain, I love the Dharma bums athletics stuff, it washes so well, and lasts a really long time, I still have leggings and bra tops I bought when I was living in Sweden 10 years ago!!!
