From next week I will be moving my in person PT sessions to Raw taekwondo in cumbernauld,
This is a fantastic facility with excellent equipment for me to help you reach your health and fitness goals, I will be offering 1 to 1 or couple sessions aswell as some small group sessions or team sessions,
I will also be branching out into online coaching in the near future.
