You can come and try Shoto Budo as part of the Tryst Open Weekend.
You can try between 12 noon till 2pm on Saturday.
We also have our normal Sunday practice 12 noon till 2pm.
We are down in the main hall.

What a great weekend at Shoto Budo's Junior National Course held at sportscotland National Centre Inverclyde in Largs.
95 Juniors were in attendance.
Well done to Kirstin and Adam on there new grades and big thank you to Paul David , Graeme Muirhead and Megan Muir for the amazing support throught the weekend.

We are very proud of our 2 Juniors who attended Shoto Budo's Junior National course at sportscotland National Centre Inverclyde in Largs.
Both did amazing and they were awarded
Kirstin received her 1st Blue Stripe
And
Megan received her Junior Black Belt.
What an amazing achievement by both 👏👏👏👏
