Happy 6th Birthday to us! 🎂🥳

Six years ago today, this journey started with just a set of keys, a vision, and a space built purely for personal training and Chris and myself to train without travelling 3 hours.

If you told me back then that we’d grow into the vibrant, fully-equipped gym and thriving community we have today, I’m not sure I would have believed you.

To every coach who has brought their energy to our floor, every member who has walked through our doors, and every single person who supported, pushed, and believed in this vision along the way—thank you.

You know who you are, and this place simply wouldn't be what it is without you.

Here’s to six years of hard work, incredible gains, and an unbelievable community.

Cheers to many more! 💪✨

Most gyms build rooms full of mirrors so you can look at yourself.

We built a space so you can focus on the work.

24/7 access, real iron, and a community that cheers for your last rep.

Whether you're training for your first session or your next competition, the doors are open.

Drop a comment below if you're looking for a proper place to train.

It’s been an incredible season so far, and I’ve officially punched my ticket to the biggest stages in the sport:

Scotland’s Strongest Man at the SEC and Europe’s Strongest Man later this year!

Representing Ayrshire on the national and international stage takes a village, and I’m opening up a limited number of "Champion Partner" Sponsorship slots for local businesses looking to jump on board for the second half of the 2026 season.

What’s in it for your business?

Shirt Sponsorship:
Your business name prominently featured on my official competition warm-up tees and worn heavy in training.

Social Media Exposure:
Dedicated tags, shoutouts, and feature posts across my channels reaching dedicated fitness and strength enthusiasts.

Exclusive Memorabilia:
A signed piece of competition memorabilia or a framed event photo to proudly display in your premises.

Let’s lock arms and take Ayrshire to the top. Drop me a message or email to secure one of the partnership spots today!

Normal gyms just don't have the tools for real power.

If you want to train for Strongman or true powerlifting, standard commercial gyms will kick you out for using chalk or lacking the right specialty bars.

We are fully equipped for serious strength. Log bars, stones, heavy dumbbells, and solid platforms are waiting for you here, 24/7.

Take your strength to the next level.

Commitment issues? We get it.

Gym contracts are notorious for being easier to sign than they are to cancel, trapping you into paying for months you don't want.

We trust our facility and community so much that we don't need to lock you down. Our memberships are 100% contract-free. Stay because you love it, leave if you have to.
