Our studio is always a place to celebrate one another ✨

We’ve been celebrating lots of special moments recently at Welcome Oasis. From one whole year of teaching in Cupar to our wonderful Serenity Members Emma getting married!

Chloe and Romy got engaged & Shannon got the keys to her first home! We’ve had some big birthdays, new jobs, promotions and our wonderful Sacha has started her maternity leave 🤰🏡💍👰‍♀️

The Wee Scone Shed is also celebrating one year in Cupar! What a year it’s been for you Sandra ❤️ if you haven’t tried her scones yet please get on that asap! Her pre orders are open today for this Saturday!

Also a big shout out to Sandra for completing the Great North Run at the weekend on her birthday 👏

One whole year of Welcome Oasis in Cupar 🥹❤️

What a year it has been!

I launched a membership and welcomed 22 amazing /Sun, Sea & Serenity members. I’ve hosted walled garden flows, sauna evenings, paint & sip parties, Halloween and Christmas events, and our much loved Rest & Restore retreats.

And somehow, every single Wednesday night for the whole year, you completely sold out my classes. Week after week you kept showing up, and eventually it became pretty clear… we needed more room 🥹

This summer I also trained in barre and pre & postnatal yoga, with lots of ideas for new classes and everything I want Welcome Oasis to become.

So it felt like the perfect time for our next chapter ✨

Welcome Oasis now has a new home in the gorgeous Ivy Room at 58 Bonnygate!

A huge thank you to Lynsey and Nicola for all your support over the last year and for letting me use your beautiful spaces as my first ever studios in Cupar. I’ll always be so grateful that Welcome Oasis got to begin there ❤️

And a huge thank you to Lynne for welcoming us into the Ivy Room and giving Welcome Oasis the space to keep growing🌱

Most of all, thank you to every single person who has booked a class, come along to an event, brought a friend or simply supported what I’m creating.

I’m so proud of how much Welcome Oasis has grown in just one year in Cupar, and I cannot wait to see what we do with year two 🧘‍♀️✨❤️

Welcome Oasis is growing 🌱

I’ve been looking through these photos from our Walled Garden Flows and feeling so grateful for how much this little community has grown🥹

I know that trying something new as an adult can feel daunting. Walking into a class where you might not know anyone and stepping outside your comfort zone can feel really hard.

But that’s exactly what so many of the people in these photos did 🧘‍♀️ & it’s been so lovely watching new faces become familiar ones!

And now we’re almost ONE in Cupar! 🎂

September marks a whole year of Welcome Oasis classes in Cupar, and I’d love for you to come and be part of the celebrations.

Our September class schedule is now LIVE ✨ Every class is beginner friendly and yoga mats are provided, so all you need to do is book your space and come along.

Since completing my pre and post natal classes, it’s been an absolute pleasure to welcome back to the studio Leanne and Sacha.
