Massive congratulations to ,his partner Briege and the entire Cushendall Golf Team, who are now through to the All-Ireland Mixed Foursomes Semi-Final 🥇

Golf is an incredible test of both physical and mental resilience & that match certainly wasn’t for the faint-hearted 😮‍💨

Some serious nerve, composure and determination on show.

What an achievement. Keep ’er lit! 🔥⛳️

A smile a mile.

Last year I stood on the sideline recovering from surgery.
This year I ran with a smile on my face the entire time.

The body heals in a wonderful way ❤️‍🩹

Anything is possible.

Thank you to The Rathlin Run for organising & the photos.

TACO PITTA POCKETS 🌮

Around 390 calories + 37g protein per serving 👌🏼

Save this one for a quick midweek lunch or dinner. High protein, loads of crunch and colour, and ridiculously easy to throw together.

For one serving:
• 150g chicken thigh mince
• 1 Old El Paso Pitta Pocket — 97 cals
• 100g red cabbage, finely shredded
• 1 carrot, grated
• Greek yoghurt to serve
• Onion
• Taco seasoning

How to make it:

1. Finely dice your onion and cook until softened.
2. Add the chicken mince and cook through, breaking it up as you go.
3. Add your taco seasoning with a splash of water and mix well.
4. Finely shred the red cabbage and grate your carrot for the slaw.
5. Warm your pitta pocket and fill with 150g of the taco mince.
6. Load it up with the crunchy slaw and finish with a dollop of Greek yoghurt.

Approx. 390 calories | 37g protein 🌮

A trip down memory lane for Rathlin Run Day ✨

We’ve been attending this race for, I want to say… 4 years now.

It’s a time for the CFIT girls to have some fun, run some kms and enjoy a glass of bubbly afterwards.

This race defines CFIT as a “club”
- community
- conversation
- connection

We literally go for “the craic” 🩷 or a smile a mile as dad would say.

Let’s see what memories we make today!

Nutrition strikes again 🚀

My client Rachel is a mum of two little buttons and her husband works away an awful lot. So let’s just say, she’s got a lot on her plate!

I always say when mum looks after herself, everyone benefits.

And this is what happened with Rachel. 1.3 stone down and 45cm lost 🥺 she told me it took her months to reach out for the fear of what the plan had in store.

Rachel Ferguson you are a credit to yourself and we are just getting started 😉

Prep-ahead breakfast for busy mornings in the office ✨

440 calories + 46g protein. Elite.

Takes 5 minutes to prep the night before, throw it in the fridge and breakfast is sorted.

What you need:

* 2 Weetabix
* A splash of milk to soften
* 200g yoghurt of choice
* 20g protein powder — I used Cinnamon Roll from
* 100g frozen mixed berries — fresh works too
* 15–20g nut butter of choice

How to make it:

Crush your Weetabix into the bottom of a container, add a splash of milk and press it down to create your base.

Mix the yoghurt and protein powder until smooth, then layer it over the Weetabix.

Top with your berries and a good drizzle of nut butter.

Pop it in the fridge overnight and grab it on your way out the door in the morning.

High protein. Minimal effort. Actually filling.
Save this one for your next office day 🤝
