My muscle & size package... uniquely designed for people want to gain strength & muscle mass to help develop training. This was 2 yrs progress from my son's journey of wanting to build size... at age 15 he started now 17 he has made such a difference... I helped him on his journey he is now into power lifting/strong man and continues training... he is also studying to become a PT and we will be working together he will be perfect for any young lads wanting to start off 💪
