🏆 GAME DAY GLORY at Nightingale Primary School! ⚽

Yesterday we hosted an incredible football tournament with 90 young athletes across 10 teams. Boys and girls battling it out with brilliant energy, big smiles, and even bigger sportsmanship.

Every single player who stepped onto that pitch was a winner today. The skill, the teamwork, the cheering each other on… this is exactly why we do what we do. 👏🏼

The UK is banning under-16s from social media. And while everyone's debating whether it's right or wrong, we've been thinking about something else entirely. 👇🏼

Sport has always been one of the most powerful tools we have for young people's mental health. Not because it's trendy to say so, but because we see it every single day. A child who was shy in September captaining their team by Christmas. A kid who struggled to make friends finding their people on a pitch.

When young people spend less time scrolling and more time moving, something shifts.
But here's what we don't want to get lost in this conversation - there are charities, coaches and organisations who use social media to reach children who really need support.
