A Great result for Morfdown today who played Asianos.
Morfdown started the half better with a early goal by Cogsy then pushed for a 2nd with a nice looping header from Livesey Going into half time 2 - 0 up.
Second half both teams came out fighting and Asianos pushed on to earn a penalty and bring the game to 2 - 1 but morfdown where the stronger team and held onto the lead.
2 wins in a row push Morfdown from bottom of the league up to 4th. Great work today lads and we move onto next week. COYM

B & D Wanderers 4 vs 6 Morfdown

Morfdown continued there winning start to pre season with a solid performance against a good BD side. Missing some key players and a shuffle up at the back Morfdown started the better and raced into a 3 goal lead with the gaffer scoring a 35 yard screamer. The second half Morfdown come under a bit of pressure form BD the game become a little bit closer but with Adam Davis completely his tally of 5 goals and the defence and midfield working extremely hard Morfdown run out 6-4 winners

Morfdown got off to a great start in pre season today with a 5 - 3 win over Recreativo Romford.
Was a tough 1st game with both teams playing well. But morfdown came out the stronger team leading 3 nil. Romford pushed and brought it back to 3 - 2 then 4 - 3 but morfdown finished stronger.
A hatrick from Adam davis who brings his splendid form over from last season. Aston was brought on as a sub in the second half to score a nice solo goal and Jordan Barwick finished off the score sheet with a great header..
Great game all round and bring on the new season.
