From October, we have a PT slot available every Friday at 11am at FitActive Gym, Dalbeattie.

If this time doesn’t suit you, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to see if we can find an alternative. We have both male and female instructors, with early morning appointments also available.

FYI: All PT clients will also receive a FREE gym membership, as well as FREE access to all of the gym classes we offer. 🙌

We also have a dedicated children’s playroom, so you can bring your little ones along while you train. We understand that childcare can be a barrier for many people when it comes to getting started, so we want to make training as accessible and convenient as possible!

Killer Driller is a fun circuit class that tests you to the max. It includes Plyometric exercises and race formats. Ideal if you participate in any sport.
