The boys hosted Hartlepool St Francis for their third game

Strong start from the boys from the whistle with Ben netting his first goal of the season. The boys soon doubled their lead with an incredible run from Oliver who scored after a great run from his own half. St Francis battled on and worked well to keep the game close.

After the break saw a debut goal from Josh W who again showed his pace and skill to run the length of the pitch to score, you’d think he’d been playing for years with the team let alone his first ever game. Next goal was from Ben again who was in the mood for more goals, greatly assisted from Josh P who crossed in the perfect ball.

The boys showed true determination and that fighting spirit we love at Hurworth.
