6.45pm- 7.45pm 8-15 year olds
7.45pm- 8.45pm 16 years plus

If everyone can arrive 5 minutes before hand to get changed, signed in and ready to enter the mat. Any newcomers coming for the first time please arrive 15 minutes before your class so we can do a quick bit of paperwork and sort you out with a gi and belt (judo uniform). Unfortun  ...
