Genetics … You have to play the hand your dealt to the best of your ability.
So originally wanted “smaller legs, and a thigh gap”
Unfortunately .. due to her genetics of having broad hips and strong legs that was never going to be an option.
So we built her some quads and a shelf instead 💪💪 nice work Ffion!

And the third imagine is the ACL reconstruction - the lovely hamstring tendon and drill holes through my knee 😂😂
First step on the road to a fully functioning knee completed ✅ Jesus the pain is mad though.

Awkward moment you get you’re MRI back and you’re told for the last 7 months you’ve been ..
Walking around with ..
Deadlifting 190kg with ..
Box Squatting 130kg with ..
Attempting to play cricket with ..
- Fully ruptured ACL
- Partial thickness meniscus tear
- Tibial impaction fracture
All after being told by Darlington Memorial Hospital 7 months ago .. that there was nothing wrong .. just a slight LCL tear .. you don’t need crutches, and to call a physio if it still hurts in a few weeks 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
That diagnosis explains a lot 😂

Fractured Foot … Moon boot … No issues.
This one is a trooper.

Leg Lifts ✅

Battle Ropes ✅
Sometimes you watch something in the gym, or you’re part of a moment which makes you think “wow”
Today was one of those moments. For a child to have the desire, the will, and the determination to carry on grafting despite a fractured foot and being in a moon boot is phenomenal to see.
When most adults give in .. this one keeps going 💪 proud of you

Haven’t posted in a while … becoming slightly disillusioned with the fitness industry.
When educating yourself, reading research, practicing proper training methodologies, creating training programs which are safe and LIFE IMPROVING …
All come second to tick-tock videos, instagram likes and attention grabbing content.
Count me out 🤦♂️ social media can be such a beneficial tool to educate and preach a positive life changing energy. It’s a shame how it’s currently being exploited and poisoned.

Diet calories …
“WHAT IS THAT?!” “Looks boring” “Tasteless” “Awful”
Depends on your perspective 😂 now would I recommend anyone looking to drop body fat to eat like this? Absolutely not.
So why am I putting myself through this hell? Because … to me it isn’t. For me … it works.
When I’m in this mindset, when I’ve decided that I need to drop body fat or reduce weight etc. I view food as numbers (it’s like the matrix when I look at food haha 🧑💻) I view food as a means to an end, as a method. I have my end goal - and I envision my path backwards from the end goal 💪
And most importantly .. for me, I know it works. I know I can consistently stick to it.
I track RELIGIOUSLY, my snacks are protein puddings, disco crisps, and ice lollies. It’s simple math.
Personally my recommendation to all clients/anyone looking to lean up - the easiest way to lose body fat is to find the method which works for you and you’re able to be consistent with. There are 100+ ways to reach the same goal - experience and knowledge help you decide which path to take.

Never have I ever … 🤦♂️🤦♂️
This is Chris. Chris trains really hard, Chris has trained really well since starting back at but ..
Last 4 weeks. Chris will admit, Chris has had a few too many sherbets being the social butterfly that he is.
So .. last night Chris gets weighed. Chris has lost 6lb in that 4 week period even though in his own words .. “nope the scales must be wrong. That CANNOT be right. I don’t trust it. I’ve eat horrendous and drank horrendous”
So .. he ACTUALLY WEIGHED one of the cast iron 16kg kettlebells adamant the scales were broken. They weren’t 😂
Never have I ever had someone LOSE weight, and be so adamant the scales are definitely broken and it can’t be correct 😂
What a guy.
