Stuie ellerton is doing really well, he has awesome body awareness/ control.

He suffers with really bad asthma and has already said his lung function has increased massively, people forget having a trainer isn't just to look good for you're holiday.
So many clients have had a boost to their quality of life, due to a well implemented exercise plan.

The top picture was taken 6/12/16 the last time I did a cut, my body has taken a few different forms since then not all good due to volunteering last summer and going away to aid after hurricane Irma.

So far on my I really can't complain about my eating habits.

I enjoy eating this way, and the three times I have reintroduced a carb source for an evening meal I was back in by the following lunch. -
The next test is to try introducing a breakfast carb after a fast.

So In the lead up to Christmas I purposely over indulged to the point of the top left, as I knew I'd be starting a training & diet regime.
I wanted to do this to show my methods work and if you put in the effort with diet and training you WILL see the results you desire!
I'm super happy with my progress so far, although I still have a little way to go.
Down from 89.1kg to 84.3kg!
f you're interested in PT I have really competitive rates and clients that will vouch for me!

When I get new people in that want to learn movement I always film how their currently doing the technique to show the difference later.
came to me wanting help with her squat and deadlift.
Her progression in one session was awesome!
So here it is, my New Years present to you guys!
I'll be running a free drop in group for people who want to advance in their lifting, strongman or just want to learn a few more gym related skills.
So this is you're opportunity Darlington based people come learn how to squat or be a badass.
The sessions are from 4pm until people want to leave really, Tuesday and Thursday.
As stated in the video I want to build a community of people who want to improve and help each other along the way.
