Saturday morning spent taking part in the
A well organised and ran event!

Decided to sign up 2 days ago to complete my event for the month of July and really enjoyed it!
Had never done a hurdle until trying it out in the warm up area this morning 🤣and was surprised today the sleds were heavier than Hyrox 🤣 but was a no pressure event. And I have not used a sled in months also!

My last hybrid fitness event was Hyrox in March and had lost my love for it a little.
Looking forward to getting back in to these type of events again and training for them specifically again. 😃

6th out of 12 in age group and 25th out of 50 overall so happy with that 😊.
And 1hr 3 mins spent in zone 5 🤣

Enjoyable 5km trail run this morning in the lovely Durham countryside! ☀️
5km wasn’t quite long enough (didn’t fancy 10 miles today! 🤣) but ticked the box of an event each month for 2026 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Deadly Dozen Head Judge team yesterday at the first UK event of the season in Macclesfield.

4th official 10km run and a PB 😀

Route through Roundhay Park and not as flat as I thought! 🤪And Storm Dave making an appearance in parts! 🌧️💨

I generally only run on treadmills or round a flat arena so these runs challenge me! 😂
And I’m not a natural runner either!
