Saturday 21st May. I will be teaching a FEMALE ONLY STREET DEFENCE session.
3hrs worth of in depth detailed skill training and awareness information. No split classes this time with the guys, my emphasis will be to create confidence and better understanding of personal safety.
1pm-4pm. £15 per.person. 13 yrs upward

I'll make it fun, but intention is function 🙂.

Saturday 9th of April. Warehouse, Bounce, Burn and Box Gym..
Elegant house, Whessoe Rd, Darlington

1-5pm. Street fighting & defense skills, striking skills, Grappling skills and pro active and reactive information.
Beginners and advanced skilled people work separately and on different skill level.
£10 for 3 hrs
£15 for 4hrs (4th hour will be pressure testing, but enjoyable training 😁)

Teaching street defence to staff members of an architects office, wh want there staff more aware of personal safety, and to a traditional martial arts school looking to enhance their skill base. Great sessions, and on my birthday too 😁🎂
