And what’s for pudding tonight you may ask ? 😋 It’s my favourite light version of a dessert. Great for your gut and low glycemic index- chia seeds, coconut shavings, psyllium husk, Goji berries and Greek yogurt or kefir. Mix everything in a bowl and let it sit for 20 - 30 min to allow chia seeds to expand and become soft. Mmm , love it 🥰

Well done you guys who has made it tonight! I know it was hard to peel ourselves off the sofa tonight as it was such a rainy evening but it always pays off and I feel so much better in my body and mind after yoga 🧘♀️

I love my weekly trips to my local organic farm shop, where I stock up on organic produce, have my delicious cappuccino and always say hello to my favourite flock of Indian Runner ducks 🦆And that’s all I need to make me very happy … at least for a few hours 😃
