Hello, I've been deliberating (and stressing over) this since Monday and I think for fairness to everyone, as me cancelling at the last minute is VERY BAD and makes me feel EXTREMELY BAD, we will put all classes on hold until the New Year. As I'm sure you will appreciate, this hasn't been an easy decision but I think it is the most sensible until I find some sort of new routine 👍
I'm not going to say have a good you know what yet, as it is only the 2nd of December! 🤣 see you at the do in Eppleby on the 18th if you are there, see you out walking or at the shop hopefully and please feel free to knock or wave anytime you are passing 😊 xx

Cost is £4 per class, pay as you go and the session could be Aerobics, Circuits, HIIT, Interval Training, so there is something for everyone.

Hello lovely peoples! I have not forgotten you, far from it. Though I have to say, I am enjoying having a wee rest 🥳
I have come up with a plan (I think), soooo Monday will be Aldbrough St John at 5.30/6ish (options of inside / outside, shake it all about side) and we will try a return to Eppleby Village Hall on Wednesday mornings at 9.30am, as used to happen in the deep dark past! Someone will come to my rescue here and suggest a way in which I can also Zoom from the Village Hall classes 🙏 as I'm not sure there is any WiFi?

Outdoors at Eppleby for the final 2 sessions this block will be Wednesday and Thursday at 6.30pm this week. If you want to just turn up and pay on the night then please do. After this week, I am taking a break until September when we will gauge interest for indoors vs outdoors or in fact, any class at all 😉

Eppleby Outdoor Fitness sessions will now take place on Tuesdays at 6.30pm and Thursdays at 6.30pm.

The new 4 week block starts tomorrow, Tuesday 22nd June 🥳

There are a variety of payment options:

Tuesday class only - 4 sessions @ £12.50
Thursday class only - 4 sessions @ £12.50
Tuesday and Thursday - 8 sessions @ £25

Please just let me know your preference and we can sort.

I ask for payment in advance to avoid a weekly payment run to the Post Office (which was a whole lot of pound coinage when I was doing four weekly village hall sessions!) but more importantly YOU are then committed to exercise and I am committed to running class no matter what (except thunderstorms!).

I asked the question 'Thursday instead of Friday for outdoor class at Eppleby?'... the votes have been counted and Thursdays are it, so the 2 outdoor sessions will now run on Tuesdays at 6.30pm and Thursdays at 6.30pm.

Payment options:

The intention is to start the new block on Tuesday 22nd June but for this week only, if you are up for it, join in for a get together in the Park on Thursday 17th June at 6.30pm at no charge ;) as my way of saying thank you for your continued support. Be ready for some dancing!!!

There are 3 sessions left in this block for everyone who has pre paid. Please try and get along to them as they will not be carried over into the next block, details of which are in the comments. The remaining dates are:

I am admitting defeat today. As much as I love seeing you all, nobody needs this kind of nonsense on a Tuesday evening ☔ (it might not be as bad as the several forecasts I have checked suggest but 95%+ chance of heavy rain and possible thunder is no good for anyone!)
So, we will start the next block of 4 weeks on Friday when the sun will be shining upon us 🤞
