Origin BJJ Darlington

Very busy couple of weeks for the origin crew.
British open on the 26th which saw our main black belt and coach Dom Szikora take the gold to become the British champ a long and draining camp payed off. Many more medals were taken home to overall was a great event for the group.
Then we moved onto the gradings which was the last time we’d be in the gi for a little while now. Stripes for everyone new belts for those who have earned their way to an upgrade but the one that stood out the most was seeing Michael Panda Lee having that black belt tied around his waist after years of ups and downs battles on and off the mat he’s made his way to the top and no one deserves it more than him up most respect to the panda.
From one camp to another we move on to the adcc on the 22nd tones of wrestling and fast paced rounds cauli ears and great support for each other. Let’s get back to work!❤️🖤

Great day out for the origin crew massive amounts of heart and effort payed off. It is unfortunate to mention dom and panda could not compete due to hard reasons but we fought our best for them. This is the start of a new era at the club and it’s already taken a blast up the right lane. ONTO THE NEXT ONE!
