The first part is how a 🤠builder in Darlington left a client for 18months after taking money from her. We were called to take over a build which ended up being taken down as it didn’t comply with building regs nor planning. The end results look pretty sweet. It was nice to complete the extension with an outdoor area also.

So we took over from a sh*tshow builder who left the customer for nearly 2 years with an extension which half needed demolishing as it wouldn’t meet building regs or planning applications. There’s more been done on this project in the last 2 weeks than the last year.
