Cracking work from Rob. We had an initial goal of dropping 2 stone for his holidays and proud of the work he's put in to achieve this. He's remained consistent with his sessions, even when motivation has naturally dropped from time to time he has followed the plan and understood that consistency always trumps motivation.

Not only that but to improve choices throughout has been pleasing, such as getting more fruit & veg into his diet, making better choices with food when off plan and reducing the amount of Cruzcampo he can knock back in a session 😂😉
