Our very own Hannah Williams , ER Productions Project Co-Ordinator was invited to Folkstone Girls Grammar School to talk about women in our industry. A subject very to Hannah's heart , she spoke about here role here at ER and some of the projects she helped deliver including Soundstorm Festival in Saudi Arabia .

Hannah also has an interview with to sit on the board . Nowie was established in 2013 and continues to strive to create better opportunities for women within the events industry.

Welcoming Martin to the team 🙌🏼

ER Productions are very proud to announce that Martin Barraclough has joined the team as Director of Health and Safety .

Martin is a time served professional who has worked in a large variety of roles in the live event and touring industry globally over the past 22 years since the age of 16, in areas such as workforce logistics, lighting, staging, SFX and site management.

Well known on the event circuit, he is an accredited Chartered Safety Practitioner, and his industry experience has been applied to pushing forward industry standards and helping to keep workers safe.

Martins role will be to ensure our company standards are delivered globally throughout the group and lead our companies safety training and induction programmes.

Martin will also support our crew onsite and introduce a Mental Health Awareness programme.
