Our new PT George is kicking off his start here at Crayford by offering 20-30 minute boxing padwork sessions for a £5 donation to the British Heart Foundation!

So if you want a fantastic workout or want to try padwork for the first time whilst also donating to a great cause then pop down to Crayford on Friday and George will be more than happy to teach you the ropes! 🥊

New PT announcement! 🤝

We would like to introduce our new PT George to the team!

In-between practising martial arts including Muay Thai and training his clients here at Crayford, George will be here to help our members around the gym and teach classes.

CLIPS! We have just had 10 shiny new barbell clips delivered to our gym, please be mindful to replace them to their home by the barbell stand once finished using them 😁

We have some exciting news... our Air Bike is back in action with a new shiny chain cover 🤩 We appreciate everyone's patience whilst we waited for the delivery of this part.
