Congratulations to our junior members Emma & Noah on their inaugural 1st Pentathlon and 1st Quadrathlon for these two

Thank you to host club Tonbridge AC for regularly providing competition and to all the officials who make it happen

We are SO PROUD of our older juniors, who joined the grown ups, in this weeks long Sunday morning run.

We all met in Central Park, bright & early, to run over to Blackheath.

17km which is the furthest most of them have run and we are really proud of all of them !

They were buzzing and smiling and absolutely loved the challenge.

Today we travelled all over the 🌍 and parkran in 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇯🇵🇲🇾🇮🇹🇵🇱. How amazing is that!

Well done to Mike who celebrated his 250th run and Jamie for his 200th location 🙌

It was a pleasure to meet up with our friends at Dartford Borough litter picking group this morning to clear the back part of the car park.
These guys do an amazing job within the Dartford community.
Thank you so much for everything you do.

The final league fixture, in this seasons Kent Young Athletes League ( KYAL ) was held at Tonbridge on Sunday with our under 12’s boys & girls competing.
Some amazing track & field performances from these guys, some of whom had never had a proper Athletics meeting experience.
They absolutely loved it, with huge beaming smiles all day !
A massive thank you to all the wonderful coaches, officials and supportive parents who make these events happen.
We cannot wait until next year, to do it all over again.
Our older juniors joined us on the Sunday morning run, this week.
13k (8 miles ) and they all did amazing.
This will improve their parkrun times and prepare them for the upcoming cross country season.

The 2026 SAL ( Southern Athletics League) came to an end on Saturday at the Tooting Bec, home track, of the host club Herne Hill Harriers.

An amazing season, it’s been, for our senior Track & Field squad, who have really enjoyed this year.

Great team spirit, heatwaves, and the usual tight knit CPA camaraderie !

Quite a few of our junior athletes, step up to SAL age by next season, so we may well have a concerted push for promotion. Who knows…..

A big thank you to all our officials for volunteering in very hot & humid conditions this summer. We simply couldn’t be in these leagues without you !

Congratulations to our guys, who took on the annual Mount Ephraim 10k on Sunday.
Hot, hilly & very challenging, is how it was explained but great fun with a wonderful sense of achievement.

10 miles (16k) for the long Sunday run this week, as some prepare for a late summer Half Marathon.

With holiday season in full swing we are not missing the chance to tick new venues and countries off our list ✅️ Today we ran in 🇬🇧🇺🇸🇮🇪🇨🇦
