Have you tried the new Fish Fizzers 🍾🤔

We have been stocking these dissolvable fizzing pellets for a couple of months now and they’ve certainly proven popular - designed to mimic the sound of the carps natural food source as well as helping to disperse your bait across a wider zone.

These are ideal for creating a bit of a different presentation with solid or mesh bags. They can even be spombed out, which is something shop owner Kev tried recently to great success with carp to over 40lb 🙌🏻

1️⃣ We source our own super fresh dead baits from Billingsgate fish market. Vacuum packed from frozen as soon as they are bought back to the shop. This also allows us to stock rarer and harder to source dead baits.

2️⃣ - We stock Pike tackle that you won’t find in other shops. We are the only stockist of E.T. products - a heritage Pike brand which has recently been relaunched to include some excellent, well designed Pike tackle, rods and nets.

3️⃣ - We have an extensive range of lures - from spinners to soft plastics and everything inbetween. We are continuing to expand this section of the shop with new arrivals from Westin in store this week.

A lovely selection of carp (and a surprise capture) that were all caught on our Tackle Box exclusive Specialized Hook Baits GPB2 Mings - These hookbaits feature a new rendition of classic Ming Oil which is a highly effective blended fish oil 🐟

We are pleased to bring you our NEW Darent Valley Specimen V2 Rods 🙌🏻

These will be replacing the original Darent Valley Specimen rods as we felt we could improve and update the rods in line with modern specifications.

The new V2s feature an upgraded carbon which is lightweight and excellent for rod recovery whilst still retaining an affordable price - the V2s range from £79.99 to £95.99.

We have changed the overall aesthetic too with a black on black look, green whippings and modern abbreviated / shrink handles.

The Darent Valley motto has always been to produce good quality, reliable rods at an affordable price and we feel we have achieved that with the V2s!

Available now at The Tackle Box in 10 and 12ft 3.5lb and Spod. We are expecting the more progressive action 3lb model to be with us early next year. We hope you enjoy using the V2s as much as the original Darent Valley Specimens.
