Learn a wide range of armed/unarmed self defence from an experienced, senior instructor Tuhon Nigel Herterich. Cost: £15 per class, pay monthly to receive discount (£10 per class)

Update: We have moved to the Tree Estate Community Centre on Cedar Rd, Dartford. Classes are now Thursdays 8-10pm. All are welcome!
A good session tonight with Nigel Herterich, Terry Miller and Pauline Bigsby. Great to get the armour on again and shake off a few cobwebs.
