The Sacred Harvest — Root, Gather & Release

Whilst this weekend has been full for sometime 🙏, please ask to go on wait list and take a look at my 2027 weekends in March and October to reserve your space.

I would love to welcome you.

Each retreat is carefully curated with rituals for the season, honouring the cycles of nature and life itself.
Whilst ofcourse yoga is a bit part of the weekend you will be safely introduced to many modalities that I have learnt over the years that all support personal growth..

Thank you always for trusting

So so grateful..
10 year anniversary running this French alps retreat!! A wonderful group whom explored the medicine wheel lessons within our movement practise, we meditated, breathed, sang, flowed and had plenty of yin and restore after our days of activities..

Looking like 2028 weekend is already booked from return retreaters!! Please do ask to be on wait list though as things might change, and I do host other teachers and groups here too..

Thank you to my great friend Nick for hosting us at his great chalet and Kathryn for the incredible food each day, honestly would not be the same without you..
