✨ Meet Becky from Gymophobics Beverley ✨

After member Val badly fractured her wrist in January, and after surgery and 3 months in splints and casts, she finally got the go ahead to return to the gym. Since then, Val's recovery has been amazing, thanks to Becky's patience and determination in helping her work different muscles and rebuild strength and flexibility.

Thank you to Becky for her incredible hard work and for making such a wonderful difference to our members' lives 🩷

Bring a Friend Week is here!👭

It's National Fitness Day 2026 and this year's theme is Powered by You, so we want you to bring a friend in and show them what you love about Gymophobics🩷

From Monday 14th to Sunday 20th September, bring a friend along for a FREE trial session. No pressure, just come and try the circuit together✨

And if they love it and sign up for an annual membership, you'll each get a month free!🎉

Trial sessions need to be booked in advance with participating Gymophobics, just pop in, call or message us to grab a slot that week.

Tag the friend you're bringing along!👇

T&Cs:
You and your friend need to attend the trial session together in person, on any day 14th to 20th Sept. Bookings only please, we can't take walk ins.
Your friend needs to be new to Gymophobics (not been a member here in the last 3 months).
Trial participants must be 18+.
Health declaration form will need to be filled in by your friend before the session.
The month free is credited once your friend's first direct debit goes through successfully, and applies when signing up for an annual membership.
Can't be used with any other offer, and can't be backdated.
Standard membership terms apply, ask a member of the team if you want the details.
