Ruthin, Denbigh and District Gymnastics Club specialises in Team Gym with Artistic squads along side.Permanent 5000 sq ft unit base on Colomendy industrial estate Denbigh. Now in its 22nd year, RDGC corporated in 2017 as a not for profit limited by guarantee to successfully open its specialist Team Gym North Area Facility in Team Gym with state of the art equipment.
