Back Time Trialing today at the Sandy Wallace Memorial 10 at Cambusbarron.
Nikki and Duncan were attending having not touched either of their TT bikes in months....Early start, grippy roads and a freezing misty morning, class š.
Duncan came away with 3rd overall in a 20:55 and Nikki bagged 1st Vet 40 and 7th overall with a 21:33 in a stacked field of 70+ riders.
Thanks to for hosting another great event, and for the photos!

Race report from Round 3 of the hosted by our very own
It was a fine summerās day in a field far from home...
It was raining and windy and muddy. Hard hard course. The neutral roll out was about 500w but we all made the front selection of about 5 riders at the start Neil and Duncan got distanced after 12mins and Arran a lap later. Duncan suffered a couple of punctures that wouldnāt seal and used up all his co2s and tube to try and sort it but unfortunately had to abandon.
Arran and Neil worked really well in the chase group for the remainder of the race where Arran pulled away for 4th and Neil I think got 10th. A good set of results for the team!

A bumper weekend full of success for SBRT!
We had our sponsor event which incorporated the first round of the and saw , who is on flying form after a mega 6th place at the win the overall! Keeping it in the in law family, continued his rapid rise to GOAT status with a 3rd overall, top stuff boys! A massive thanks to Cameron Balfour of for organising such a brilliant route again, topped off with guest speakers, an events village, and entertainment for all! His generosity and passion for the sport make it a pleasure to race with our lovely new updated kit! Keep your eyes peeled over the rest of the season for moreš
If chasing bad guys for a day job wasnāt enough, we also had repping the squad in the Pennine Ultra 50 mile running race! Weāre hoping heās on desk duty next week so he can recover, chapeau Bruce!
On a side note, well done to young on securing a World Tour contract, we Borderers arenāt too shabby eh!

Today our big man Neil put in a fine display at Lothian Flyer Road Race, organised by on the ever challenging course at Stobo. With lots of gravel scattered on the roads it made for a nervous and twitchy peloton, Neil came away with a fine 16th place on the brutal finish!

The Tour of Britain came to town today! Specifically Kelso, where the start and finishing town saw some of the best cyclists the sport has to offer take on some of our favourite roads and climbs.
Local boy and Tour de France hero Oscar Onley finished safely in the bunch alongside fellow Scot and teammate Sean Flynn. Mega shoutout for the day goes to Callum Thornley, another Borderer from Peebles who smashed it in the breakaway and took control of the KOM jersey!
We canāt wait for the next stages, but somehow we donāt think the routes will be quite as fun as what we have in the Borders!
