A sharp step, a powerful drive off the back leg, and suddenly they’re airborne. Time seems to slow as their body extends mid-flight, hips turning, core tight, one leg chambered and the other snapping out with precision.

Anti bullying week is upon us again. This week we are running a bullied to black belt 2 hour free workshop in the club.
We will be addressing the physical, online and verbal bullying challenges that children face in today's society.
Included will be an open chat and Q&A with children and parents. This will be followed by a self defence class on the mats.
