Just a little note to all our friends. There is a group called "Adaptive Karate, forging strong minds & Bodies" We are trying to find out who the administrator for this page is. We ourselves have no control of it. My best advise would be to delete it from the groups you follow. We have never had any input with this page so it really is not a true refection of who we are and what we are about.

We had our 3rd KFMH Seminar last weekend. Numbers were low but we still had a great day. There was fun and hard work. All four instructors gave a different perspective of martial arts. I personally thought that the content was well thought through and presented. So thank you to Adrian Pickard , Sangaku Runcorn Matty, Simon Oliver. So with the money raised from this seminar joined with the money raised from Leslie-Steve Knight Tividale Shotokan Karate Club, we have £1053.00. The charity that we are looking at is "The New Normal" There are further events planned this year so please try to support them. Be kind to yourself and each other.
