We run three coached weightlifting classes a week from our base at CrossFit Deviant.
Tuesday 7.45pm
Friday 6.35pm
Sunday 9.30am

Membership also grants access to the open gym if you miss any of those sessions

We are pleased to announce that Derby Weightlifting Club is now a British Weightlifting accredited club and from next week we will be providing coaching in dedicated classes three times a week.
The classes are open to anyone who wishes to learn the Sn**ch and Clean & Jerk whether a beginner or experienced lifter.
We have options for a Weightlifting membership or you are able per session.
