We’ll move through a gentle flowing yoga practice, combining stretches, strengthening postures and mindful movement, before slowing everything down with a relaxing finish. A lovely way to loosen up, reset and head into the weekend feeling good ✨
No experience needed and you definitely don’t need to be flexible — all abilities are welcome!

Using our aerial hammocks, you'll:
