Eating & taking in Protein is a key part of anyone's weightloss journey, however don't be suckered by big claims on packaging..... Knowledge is the key!

150g Cashews which would deliver 30g protein is the same calorific value as 3 Fillet steaks & 200 g prawns......... which btw would give you a huge 120g protein.....................Bag of nuts or Surf n Turf?................

Hi Folks apologies due to Facebook changes / policies we couldn't make this page private & have had to create a 'Private Group' it has been called "Fearons Biggest Loser - Private Support Group"

It just means that only us on this journey will see each others queries / support / questions etc. A safe place no question is a dumb question...... :)
