And we meet Monday 6.30pm & Thursday 7pm
Have you tried jogging or running, but can't get into a regular habit, or want someone to train with? Whatever your age or ability please get in touch and we will accommodate you. Folks, as you know we don't like to cancel sessions when we can help it, however this week we're making an exception!!
No running or walking Club tonight.
We hope to see you all next week. When no doubt it'll be snowing!
Until then, drink lots of water, kick the kids out the paddling pool and find cool & shade wherever you can
