House....full of equipment and crap
If you think that makes a damn difference to me getting the work done...you must be new here
Made a space for myself about a metre wide, put on a weight vest and proceeded to get it done.
Intervals on the bike
Chin ups
Grip work
Push ups
Steps ups
And a lot of physio
You can spend your energy A- making excuses or B- doing the work.
That's your choice
But only one of those wins medals
That's it all cleared out. I'm officially never stepping into this unit again..
The last thing up is the board of achievement.
I didn't have the heart to rub it out so let the next guy do it
And that's a wrap
With the end of Pasans session an era of my life a decade long came to an end.
10 years of coaching
6 years of owning my own gym.
Hundreds of clients trained and thousands of goals smashed.
Hopefully along the way friendships were forged, mindsets were changed and many a happy memory created that will now live long past these 4 walls.
I loved being a coach. I loved having a place that was mine.
It wasn't just a gym it was my legacy.
A place where clients became friends
A place of calm in the stormy waters of this crazy world
A playground and safe space for my children at the weekends.
But now it's time to move on.
I don't know where to. I don't know if I'll continue coaching or come back to it later on.
I hope I helped
I hope I made people's lives better.

Hey everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to share something important with you all. After a lot of thought and reflection, I’ve made the difficult decision to step away from personal training and close the gym.
The gym will remain open until we close for Christmas.
Until then if you are currently a member and want to attend more regular sessions than what you are currently on just let me know. I've got the space for another 2 months so let's use it.
This hasn’t been an easy choice — training and being part of your journeys has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Watching you push through limits, build confidence, and transform both physically and mentally has been something I’ll always be proud of, be that hitting new personal bests on the deadlift or doing your first race
Thank you for trusting me with your time, effort, and goals.
While this chapter is coming to an end, I hope what you’ve learned and built here stays with you , not just in the gym, but in every challenge life throws at you. Keep showing up, keep fighting for progress, stay Committed 💪

What motivated you to start exercising and seek out external assistance?
- First and foremost to get active. I struggle with discipline and consistency when it comes to home workouts or going to the gym. I discovered that small group training is a great way to keep me accountable and build new connections.
What's your proudest achievement been since working with us?
- Pushing through to the end of each session where I previously struggled a lot with stamina and would have had to stop, as well as hitting new PR's week after week.
What's your next goal?
- To increase my exercise frequency while maintaining a healthy work life balance.
What's been your favourite thing about working with committed fitness?
- Having a well proportioned mix of strength and fitness exercises, which are beginner-friendly and can be scaled for more advanced participants.
What would you say to anyone reading this who has yet to take that step and commit?
- Anthony's gym studio is a very welcoming place where you can reach your fitness goals at your own pace. I particularly found it a good match for neurodivergent people due to Anthony's coaching style. It's well-structured and consistent with sufficient variety to maintain excitement.

We are now on wellhub/ gympass.
So anyone using the scheme through employers such as rolls Royce, Tesco, Sainsbury's or many more can now access committed fitness group sessions on the silver tier.

Thank you so much for the last year, how I feel about my body, what it looks like, how it moves and it's strength is unrecognisable!
I've always enjoyed movement and exercise but needed a bit of extra motivation to balance it with my job.
A year ago, completing a half marathon was absolutely enough, this year training for and completing my Ironman 70.3 (something I never thought I'd achieve) and still smiling (and walking) at the end of it is a testament to how far I've come!
I'm so proud of how strong and healthy I feel in day-to-day life, and the fact that I now chose to exercise and run on holidays 😂
Next goals are working towards a faster half marathon time to then beat my 70.3 triathlon time next year.
I love the support and encouragement, the flexibility of fitting exercise around shifts and the knowledge of Ant to tailor programmes specifically to what I need.
It is absolutely worth it and you will be amazed at what your body can achieve when you give it the tools and the time.

My continuation of food that is mushy and a variation of brown 😅
Simple
Quick
Tasty
Nutritious
Baking potato in microwave
200g soy Mince in air fryer
Set a 9 minute timer
The only thing you need to do now is flip the potato half way .
When it's done put everything into a bowl, open a tin of veg soup and pour it on.
Eat.
Warm the soup up if you want, or if it's hot like today just have as is.
If you've not got the time or energy to make this meal you have real issues.
