Overall a great tournament, despite not going as far as I had hoped in singles, I'm really proud of the level and fight I produced in defeat to the 2nd seed, it was a great match.
In doubles myself and Alex Lantermann made the final and although we got off to a strong start, we just didn't sustain the level and fell just short of the win. Until next time π€π€

A season of extreme highs and lows..... Strong performances, followed by complete loss of form and confidence, then coming out the other side stronger and also getting my biggest career win all rolled into one year.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank my long time coach Martyn Whait for moulding me into the player I have become and although we parted company back in the summer, I'll always have great memories of our journey, and will always consider you a good friend π€
Finally thank you to everybody who has supported me in this crazy season. Your continued faith in me as a person and an athlete means everything!!

Singles Semi Finalist
Doubles Winner with Alex Lantermann π
After 2 rounds I was feeling pretty good, but unfortunately in the semi final, I came up short. I created enough opportunities but simply didnt convert them in the crucial moments, whilst my opponent took his chances and took a deserved win on the day. I was pleased though with many aspects of my performance, so still able to take some positives, alongside the obvious frustration.
In doubles it was great to pick up another title π with Alex. Thanks for doubling up again mate πͺπ»
Thank you Louise for running a great tournament π
Now I was supposed to be saying next stop πΉπ·, but unfortunately I injured my wrist in my singles Semi Final, and this got worse through the following 3 doubles matches despite being strapped up. Following X-rays Sunday evening I have been advised its most likely a sprain and to not play for 2 weeks. So tournament wise that's me done for 2025.

Singles Semi Finalist
Doubles Winner with Brayan Tapia π
A few days after landing home from Porto, I was on a flight to Paris feeling full of confidence. My good form continued, but just fell short of a consecutive singles final after a 3 hour, 3 set battle against a quality opponent. So although ending in defeat it backed up my level from Porto and reinforced my belief that the changes and work I've been putting in is paying off.
In doubles it was great to pick up a back to back titles, this time with Brayan. Thanks for doubling up again πͺπ»

Singles Winner π
Doubles Winner with Dominik Bukala π
Following tournaments in France and Italy where my levels continued to improve, I headed into Porto with good confidence.
In singles I stuck to the plan and the things I have been working on, and won my first singles title this year against a very strong opponent, and certainly the biggest win of my career!
In doubles myself and Dominik put up a great fight in the final, to literally pull victory from the jaws of defeat in an epic final, making it 2 from 2 this year as a partnership πͺπ».
