Derby Paranormal are inviting you to join them to conduct an investigation into paranormal happenings inside the cave that has the largest collection of apotropaic 'Witch' marks in the UK.

Did people think evil lurked inside the cave and try to keep it there by marking it with protective symbols? Did they think the cave was an entrance to the underworld? This Halloween we will see whether a paranormal investigation can shed any light onto the mystery - or maybe raise even more questions?

The evening will begin with a delicious pie super from Derbyshire Pie & Co before taking a night time stroll into the dark Gorge and stepping inside Robin Hood's Cave to begin the investigation.

In 2019 Robin Hood's Cave was dubbed by many as the Gates of Hell after the discovery of the largest collection of apotropaic 'witch' marks in a cave in the UK.

Led by Derby Paranormal, we're holding a paranormal investigation in Robin Hood's Cave on the 29th October, just in time for Halloween.

A great location with lots of history, We have experienced many unusual readings whilst we did our preliminary baseline checks of this location so we are very interested in what we will discover on the night.

This is event is 18+ only and is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues due to the cave enviroment.

We also need you to be available to between October 22nd,23rd,28th, 29th,30th not all these dates will be needed however due to current planning we require them to be available as confirmed dates are not yet available.

Requirements.

18+
Can drive or have another form of transport
Attend meetings regularly
Contribute to the future running and upkeep of group
As a permanent member you are only permitted to be a part of our group as we like each member to see the group as there own.
Interest in the paranormal.
Available to attend during dates in October as specified above.
