Yesterday we had an absolutely fantastic day competing at the AMA National Karate Championships in Bury Manchester.

​The determination, effort, and spirit shown by every competitor representing South Derbyshire Karate Academy (as part of the AMA National squad) was next-level.

Hard cardio based drills mixed with slower technical based skill development.
