It’s always a privilege hosting our local athletes! joined us for a tailored recovery class today. Meeting open minded coaches like Shaun Barker is always refreshing and educating younger athletes on the benefits of yoga is a top priority! We focused on improving stability, flexibility, mobility, balance, mind body connection, learning to relax and breathe well. Amazing effort from the players today ⚽️💜🔥

OMG are we excited for this!!! Introducing Animal Flow with .flow_state A unique way to connect with your primal spirit!
Whether it’s ape, beast, crab or scorpion, prepare to explore this unique primal movement practice!
This fiery workshop will introduce you to a ground based movement practice, packed full of fun and challenging postures.
Animal Flow is designed to be effective for the entire body. Be prepared to move like you’ve never moved before!
This system mixes influences from functional strength exercises, dance, martial arts, yoga and capoeira. Each posture will be broken down for you to enjoy, concluding the workshop with a choreographed flow which we will all flow together.
With an intensity level similar to that of a Dynamic Flow or a strong Hotpod Flow practice, some experience in both of the above is desirable, however Homby will guide you all the way. A degree of wrist, arm and core strength would also be required.
