Our new look timetable 💜
After listening to your feedback, we’ve made a couple of tweaks to the timetable at the new studio in Allestree.
First up, following lots of requests for a daytime Nurturing Flow, we’ve changed the Thursday lunchtime class to a slow and stretchy hour in the pod. Perfect whether you’re wanting to recover from a hard session in the gym, after a run or if you just fancy a slower pace than a Hotpod Flow. Join Chelsea and Becky for this mat based class starting this week.
Next up we’ve got Foundation Flow - the new class on the block in its weekly slot of Sunday at 4:30pm. This class is structured like a Hotpod Flow, but at a mildly slower pace, ideal as a stepping stone if you’re new to the studio.
Sharan and Katie will guide you through this class, starting this Sunday.
