Today some of our team and Hotpodders went downstairs and got Hooked .boxingclub No messing about, straight into twelve rounds of absolute humbling delights of punching the lights out of a bag and a range of cardio circuits. All of us thinking we were fit 😂 It really is the Yang to our Yin, the perfect combo 🥊 no pun intended. Thank you to all of our guys who showed up and tried something new and walked away loving it! Amazing energy, even a bit of dancing, well done guys! 💜 Hooked offer discount to anyone attending Hotpod so do get in touch if you fancy giving it a try!
